Tips on troubleshooting NWEA resolution:

 

URLs and tips for testing on the ThinkPads and iPads.

 

  1. – Ipads - Screen Resolution Error iPad: iPad (testing app and browser): Disable the Request Desktop Version option in the Safari settings. To do this, go to Settings > Safari > Request Desktop Website and toggle the setting off
  2. Windows devices - Right click on the desktop and select Display settings o Slide the "Change the size of text, apps..." to the right to make text bigger. Or slide it to the left to make them smaller. Set this 100%.
    1. Click "Advanced Display Settings" at the bottom of the settings window
    2. Click "Advanced sizing of text and other items" at the bottom of the window
    3. Change screen resolution to 1024x768 or higher

This video is best used by utilizing the dropdown menu at the top right hand corner of the screen. This will take you straight to the fix for any supported device without having to go through the intro and other portions of the video.

 

To change the device and reset the tool, just simply click the “Start/Home” link and refresh the browser when you are done. This device readiness tool can be found below:
